"Beyond Cezanne: Scandinavian Modern Paintings 1935-1965" plus Bexley Art Walk

Scandinavian art was heavily influenced by the trends in Paris prior to World War II.  During and after the war, however, Scandi painters began to expand on the legacy of Cezanne and his contemporaries and move in unique directions.  This exhibit will present approximately 24 Swedish and Danish paintings from the modern period 1935-1965.

The show will open with a Friday night reception (4/16) and will run through May 14.

Mark Gingerich: West Coast and Midwest
