FRED DOLORESCO
Fred Doloresco is one of Indiana's most prominent painters. An
impressionist, his fluid style and generous paint application result in works
that have a refreshing spontaneity reminiscent of Edward Potthast and other past
masters. Fred produces not only urban scenes but landscapes and figurative
works as well. He received a BA from St. Louis University and studied with
Don Stone, Dan Gerhartz, and Rose Frantzen. He has won many national
awards and is represented in numerous collections, including that of the Sanctuary, Kiawah Island, SC.
