Leo Estvad studied at the Art Academy in Copenhagen and was a pupil of
Aksel Jorgensen. He traveled extensively to Paris, Germany, and Holland
in the 1920s and later to Italy and Belgium. Estvad exhibited
extensively from 1930 onward and is represented in several
museum collections in Denmark.

Gottfrid Olsson
trained at the school of Caleb Ahltins and also at the Art Academy in
Copenhagen. He traveled widely,
including trips to Italy, France, and
Holland. Olsson produced both landscapes and urban scenes, many of which

distinct French influence.

the NAD, the PAFA, and the Allbright-Knox Gallery in Buffalo, NY.
This work depicts a farm that appears in other works by the artist.
